We carry out a thorough schedule of condition on the property and all its contents. Easy to read with photos, keys and meter information.

Check In

Meeting the new tenant at the property, informing them of any issues or damage we have noted. We review the inventory with the tenant and obtain the their signature, and finally hand over keys.

Midterm Inspection

Visiting the property halfway through the tenancy to report on the general condition and any maintenance issues. This gives landlords and agents peace of mind that the property is being looked after.

Check Out

The check-out inspection is performed at the end of the tenancy and documents the exact condition and contents of the property at that point in time. Listing any dilapidation's and assigning responsibility.
